Florian von Lorch- Saint Florian is the Protector of those in Danger of Fire, and Flood - Pray to him for Abundant Harvest and for Success in All Adventures - He's the Patron of Brewers, and Soap Makers. Legend has it that Florian, General in the Roman Army, saved an entire village from flames by dousing it with a single bucket of water. Florian refused to denounce his Christian faith. In 304, the Romans tied a millstone around his neck, and drowned him in the River Enns, Austria.
